Cho miến xào vào tộ đất, đặt lên bếp để giữ nóng, cho cua lên trên cùng cho đẹp, nhớ trang trí hành ngò cho sinh động. Món miến cua hấp dẫn tốt nhất là nên xào nhạt rồi rưới thêm nước tương cho vừa miệng.
