Miến cua hấp dẫn với sợi miến dai dai, cua chiên chín thơm phức, cùng hành tây, hành lá, ngò rí tạo nên hương vị và màu sắc hài hòa. Món ăn có thể nêm nếm theo từng khẩu vị của cá nhân.
Chà sạch cua rồi lột mai lấy gạch, thân cua chẻ đôi ướp cùng đầu hành trắng, tỏi băm và 1 muỗng cà phê nước mắm và tiêu xay trong 15 phút cho thấm.

Cho miến xào vào tộ đất, đặt lên bếp để giữ nóng, cho cua lên trên cùng cho đẹp, nhớ trang trí hành ngò cho sinh động. Món miến cua hấp dẫn tốt nhất là nên xào nhạt rồi rưới thêm nước tương cho vừa miệng.
