Một chén súp cà chua nấu cùng ớt rất tốt cho bữa sáng của bạn đấy. Cà chua cùng ớt được nấu chín, xay nhuyễn hào quyện vào giúp cho món ăn ngon hơn nhé. Đừng chần chờ nữa mà hãy lưu công thức rồi cùng nhau thực hiện nhé.
Hành tây lột vỏ, xắt nhỏ. Tỏi lột vỏ. Cho hành tây, tỏi, bơ vào nồi và nấu trên lửa vừa đến khi hành chín mềm, bơ tan hết. Sau đó cho 2 muỗng bột vào nấu 1 - 2 phút cho quyện vào nhau chuyển màu hơi vàng thì tắt bếp.
Cà chua, ớt nướng cho vào máy xay cùng bột mì rồi xay đến khi nhuyễn mịn thi tắt máy. Đổ hỗn hợp cà chua vào nồi hỗn hơp bột. Thêm nước dùng rau củ vào cùng tăng độ húng quế, ngò và chút tiêu vào, nấu sôi, khuấy đều. Khi súp sôi lên thì tắt bếp, cho sữa vào (nếu thích) rồi khuấy lên là xong rồi đó.
Súp cà chua ớt nướng cực kì ngon và hấp dẫn với một sắc đỏ đẹp mắt, chua chua, ngọt mặn khá lạ, khá ngon đấy. Chị em hãy thử nấu ngay món súp này cho cả nhà cùng thưởng thức nha.
