Cho 1 quả trứng, 70ml sữa tươi không đường, 3 muỗng canh đường, 1/8 muỗng cà phê muối ít muối, 2 muỗng cà phê dầu ăn và 1 muỗng cà phê vani vào tô, đánh đều. Sau đó trộn đều với bột đã làm ở trên.
Làm nóng chảo chống dính, để lửa nhỏ, rồi bôi một ít dầu lên chảo, láng cho đều. Sau đó, cho 1 vá múc canh bột vào rán. Đậy nắp lại. Khi bánh vàng 1 mặt thì lật lại rồi đậy nắp nướng mặt còn lại. Khi nào bánh có màu vàng đẹp mắt là hoàn thành.
